Stemware options: Bordeaux, Burgundy, Sauvignon Blanc, flute. All glass stock options are dishwasher-safe to EN 12875-1 (2,000+ industrial cycles) and lead-free to EU Directive 2021/19. Decal colours are CMYK plus white. Real gold and real platinum precious-metal decals are +€1.40 per glass and require a third firing cycle at 580°C. Imitation gold and silver decals are +€0.45 per glass.
Production specifics
Glass decal is printed in CMYK plus white on a water-slide glass-specific paper, with each colour laid down as a separate screen. The decal is applied to the glass by hand under water, the glass is dried, then fired at 620°C (standard glass) or 580°C (precious-metal cycle) for 75 minutes. Setup is €95 per display — covers screen prep, decal paper calibration and firing curve setup. Standard production is a single 50×30 mm decal per glass; a 60×40 mm decal is +€0.40 per glass; a wrap-around decal (180×40 mm) is +€1.20 per glass.
